Gaydar

Today, I went out with a friend.

I think currently he is one of closest friends I'm having right now in Japan. Not sure if we're close emotionally, but he's the one I hang out with the most recently.

Every time I told him someone is cute or handsome, he will always say, "Go go go!"

Go where? 😅
There is someone cute doesn't mean I want to go chase him.

On the other hand, recently he sent some guys photos and said, "I find he's cute."

Yes, I like guys and he like guys, too. 🏳️‍🌈

Up until now he's the closest gay friend I have ever had. I am grateful for having a friend like him. He's very nice, friendly, and he's very open to me. He shared to me his private stories about his family or romance. He told me whom he hates so much. 😂

Of course, I told him about my current crush. I don't know whether he has married or he's gay.

"My gaydar is quite bad. But I don't think he's gay... He doesn't look like someone who is gay. You can make chance," said my friend.

"What... what did you say? Gay what?" I didn't understand what he said.

"Gaydar. It's like gay and radar."

Ah, now I understand. Gaydar is an ability to judge someone's sexual orientation either by appearance, the way of talking, etc.

I'm quite confident my gaydar ability is good but you really don't know what is inside a person. While I believe my crush is not gay, there's still possibility that he is. I mean, even sexuality itself is fluid.

"Did you check him on internet?" asked my friend.

I checked him, of course, I even know what is his father's name. But I cannot find his relationship status. Anyway, I checked many people and not only my crushes.

"Go go go! Make chance!"

It seems my friend's favorite words are: 'go go go' and 'make chance'.

"I am fine. I will just become a secret admirer," I said. 😊
